This Privacy Policy explains how ARA İleri Yüksek Teknoloji Ürünleri Tic. ve San. A.Ş. (“ARAJEL”) handles information when you use https://arajel.net. The KVKK Notice provides the more specific statutory notice for processing subject to Turkish law.
1. Our approach
We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed for a defined purpose, keep it accurate, retain it no longer than necessary and protect it with proportionate safeguards. Non-essential analytics and embedded third-party media are designed to remain blocked until you make the relevant cookie choice.
2. Information we handle
- Technical request data such as IP address, browser/device information, date/time, requested pages and security logs.
- Information submitted through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone, subject and message.
- Your cookie choices and the technical record used to evidence those choices.
- Google Analytics usage/performance data after Analytics consent.
- Technical data disclosed to YouTube or Google Maps after External Media consent.
- If direct purchase is enabled, delivery/billing, company/tax, product and communication-preference information entered in the form.
3. Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, provide product and technical support, operate forms, perform pre-contractual or order-related steps where available, meet legal/accounting obligations, protect the website, detect abuse and errors, remember cookie choices, and—only with the required permission—measure site performance or display third-party media.
4. Google Analytics
When enabled in the administration panel, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow Analytics. Our implementation keeps advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation consent denied by default, and does not enable Google signals or advertising-personalisation signals. Google Analytics may generate measurement data about your device/browser, pages viewed, approximate location and interactions. Google’s own processing is governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy documentation.
5. YouTube and Google Maps
The homepage video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain where practicable, and the embedded Google Map remains unloaded until External Media is allowed. Once enabled, your browser connects directly to the provider and the provider may receive IP, browser/device and interaction information.
6. Contact, WhatsApp and marketplaces
Contact-form information is used to manage and respond to your request. The WhatsApp control prepares a message on your device and directs you to WhatsApp. Trendyol and Hepsiburada links take you to independent marketplaces; account, ordering, payment and delivery processing on those platforms is covered by their own privacy notices.
7. Direct-purchase form
The direct-purchase feature can be enabled or disabled by the site administrator. When enabled, the form sends identity/contact, delivery/billing and necessary company/tax information to the server for validation. The current version does not request payment-card details. If a live payment or persistent order-management system is connected, this policy and the relevant sales documents should be updated to identify the payment provider, retention and transfer arrangements.
8. Sharing and processors
We disclose information only where reasonably necessary to service providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. Where a third-party feature is consent-gated, related disclosure begins only after the relevant choice. We seek appropriate security and contractual protections when selecting providers.
9. International transfers
Global services such as Google may involve processing outside Türkiye and your country of residence. Where Turkish law applies, transfers are handled under Article 9 KVKK. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, transfers are handled using an applicable adequacy framework, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
10. Retention
We do not intend to retain personal information indefinitely. Records are kept for the period needed for the purpose and any legal, accounting or dispute-related requirement. Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days; consent-evidence logs are targeted for deletion after 730 days.
11. Your choices and rights
You can change Analytics and External Media choices at any time through Cookie Preferences. Rights under Turkish KVKK are set out in the KVKK Notice. If GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, object, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority.
12. United States privacy rights
If a U.S. state privacy law applies to ARAJEL and the specific processing, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete and, in some states, opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. ARAJEL does not intentionally use this website to sell personal information for monetary consideration. If applicable local law characterises analytics or third-party disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising, you may disable Analytics and External Media. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally available privacy right.
13. EEA, UK and other jurisdictions
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent for non-essential tracking/media. Where the Saudi PDPL or another mandatory local privacy law applies, the rights and obligations granted by that law remain available to the extent of its territorial scope. Nothing in this policy is intended to reduce mandatory rights under applicable law.
14. Children, third-party sites and changes
The website is not designed for children. We are not responsible for independent privacy practices on third-party websites. We may update this policy when services, processing or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will be published here.
